By accessing or using SOLSEA, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these
Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Eligibility

To use SOLSEA, you must:
1.Be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
2.Have access to a supported cryptocurrency wallet (e.g., Phantom, Solflare).
3.Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding blockchain technology and
cryptocurrency transactions.

3. Wallet Integration

SOLSEA operates through wallet connections, allowing users to interact with the Solana
blockchain. By connecting your wallet, you:
1.Authorize SOLSEA to interact with your wallet for marketplace functionality (e.g., buying,
selling, minting NFTs).
2.Understand that SOLSEA does not store private keys, seed phrases, or passwords.
3.Accept full responsibility for safeguarding your wallet credentials.

4. Use of the Platform

By using SOLSEA, you agree to the following:
1.You are solely responsible for all transactions made using your wallet.
2.All blockchain transactions are final, irreversible, and publicly accessible.
SOLSEA is not responsible for transaction errors or losses.
3.You will not use the platform for unlawful activities, including but not limited
to fraud, money laundering, or the sale of prohibited content.

5. Fees

Transactions on SOLSEA may incur the following fees:
1.Blockchain Network Fees: Paid to the Solana blockchain for processing transactions.
2.Marketplace Fees: Applied to sales or purchases, as outlined on the platform.
All fees are transparent and displayed before transaction confirmation.

6. Intellectual Property

1.All content and materials on SOLSEA (excluding user-generated NFTs) are owned by SOLSEA
or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property
laws.
2.Users retain ownership of their NFTs and are responsible for ensuring compliance with copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
1.SOLSEA is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from
your use of the platform.
2.SOLSEA does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of NFT metadata or
other user-generated content.
3.SOLSEA is not responsible for any losses resulting from wallet security breaches, blockchain
failures, or third-party services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SOLSEA harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities,
and expenses arising from:
1.Your use of the platform.
2.Your breach of these Terms.
3.Any third-party claims related to your NFTs or blockchain transactions.

9. Modifications to the Platform

SOLSEA reserves the right to modify or discontinue the platform at any time, with or without
notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by such modifications or interruptions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with
a revised "Effective Date." Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts.
